AMP Network Terms and Conditions

AMP Network (hereinafter referred to as “AMP” or “The Network”) is the company segment specializing in empowering affiliates with seamless journeys and substantial online growth. We go beyond the conventional network approach, with the goal of fostering the growth of our affiliates and propelling them towards unparalleled success.

The purpose of AMP Terms and Conditions is to establish a clear and transparent framework for the relationship between AMP and its affiliates. These terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties involved in the affiliate marketing partnership. By providing detailed guidelines on acceptable promotional methods, payment structures, and performance expectations, these terms aim to ensure a fair and mutually beneficial collaboration.

Additionally, these terms serve to protect the interests of all parties by defining the terms of engagement, clarifying payment procedures, and outlining the grounds for termination or modification of these Terms. By setting forth these guidelines, we aim to create a trustworthy and professional environment for our affiliates, fostering a positive and productive partnership that benefits both the affiliates and AMP.

 

  1. General disclaimers

Registering an account with us implies that you have read, comprehended, and accepted these terms and conditions. By utilizing our website, network and services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully prior using our services, if you do not agree to the terms and conditions listed below, you may not use our services.

By registering with us, you affirm that you are an individual who is at least 18 years old. Please note that individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using the services provided by our network.

We retain the exclusive right, at our discretion, to alter, amend, append, or remove sections of these terms at any given time, therefore please keep yourself informed and return to read these terms often.

 

  1. Registering with AMP

Upon registering with the network, the affiliate agrees to provide accurate registration data and ensure the information remains current at all times during the cooperation. The affiliate must also disclose the chosen methods of marketing and publishing in the given section of the network. Any provision of incorrect information or attempts to conceal data are considered violations of these terms. In such cases, the network reserves the right to take appropriate actions, which may include the closure or suspension of the affiliate’s account without further notice.

The affiliate is solely responsible for the security of their account and agrees not to share login credentials or any other account-related information with third parties.

During the registration process, affiliates may be required to provide specific due diligence documentation as requested by the network. Such documentation is essential to confirm the affiliate’s identity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. All provided data will be handled in accordance with stringent safety protocols and will only be used for verification purposes.

Affiliates are obligated to provide true, up-to-date, and accurate documentation as requested by the system. Falsifying or providing misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of the affiliate’s account. By submitting the required due diligence documentation, affiliates acknowledge and agree to comply with these verification procedures, which are essential for maintaining the integrity and security of the network.

In exceptional circumstances or for reasons of enhanced security, ongoing investigation or fraud claims, the network reserves the right to request additional information from the affiliate. The affiliate agrees to cooperate fully and promptly provide any such requested information.

The network, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse affiliate registration without providing further explanation. AMP may decline registration requests based on internal criteria and considerations. The decision to reject an affiliate’s registration is final and does not require justification or explanation.

 

  1. Billing and Payment

Types of Remuneration:

CPA : Cost Per Acquisition

REVENUE SHARE : The revenue share payment model is a percentage calculated from the net revenues generated by the affiliates’ players.

HYBRID: Payment model that combines the CPA and the Revenue Share models.

AMP processes affiliate payments on a monthly basis, utilizing the payment details provided in the affiliate’s account. Earnings must reach the minimum payment threshold of five hundred (500) Euro to be disbursed. If earnings fall below one thousand Euro, the amount will be rolled over to the following month’s payment cycle.

Please note that we are not liable for any discrepancies in payment details provided by the affiliate. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information provided to receive timely and accurate payments.

If the affiliate fails to submit the required due diligence documents, payments will be paused and transferred to the following month until all necessary information and documentation are provided. The network reserves the right to pause, suspend, or cancel payments if there are suspicions of fraudulent activities. It’s important to note that the network holds wide autonomy in making monetary decisions, including payment adjustments and cancellations.

Additionally, the network cannot be held liable for the actions or inactions of advertisers (operators). There may be instances where operators delay, cancel, suspend payments, and the network is not responsible for such occurrences, nevertheless will use all reasonable efforts to recover such payments due.

 

  1. Responsibilities of the Affiliate

The affiliate (the publisher) acknowledges and agrees to market the provided materials diligently and in strict accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. While the network will make reasonable efforts to provide up-to-date compliance-related information, it is the responsibility of the affiliate to diligently follow all relevant laws, regulations, and rules, including those specified on the advertisers’ websites in each one of the jurisdiction where the affiliate operates.

The affiliate shall ensure that all marketing activities comply with legal requirements and specific regulations pertaining to the industry in the jurisdiction where they operate. It is expressly understood that the affiliate shall not promote any of the provided materials to individuals under the age of 18 or minors. Furthermore, the affiliate shall refrain from targeting vulnerable groups and engaging in any activities that could be deemed malicious or harmful, such as publishing tracking links on websites with adult or violent content.

By participating in the network’s programs, the affiliate commits to conducting their marketing efforts with integrity and in a manner that upholds the highest ethical standards.

The affiliate (the publisher) further acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, registrations, or other legal requirements applicable to their marketing activities. This includes, but is not limited to, licenses related to specific industries, regions, or jurisdictions. The affiliate must ensure compliance with all legal obligations and regulatory prerequisites relevant to their promotional efforts.

AMP does not assume any responsibility for verifying the affiliate’s compliance with specific regulations, licensing or registration requirements. It is the sole duty of the affiliate to obtain and maintain any necessary permissions or authorizations to conduct their marketing activities lawfully.

The affiliate expressly agrees not to engage in any activities related to fraudulent marketing or employ techniques aimed at artificially boosting earnings within the network. This includes, but is not limited to, refraining from encouraging individuals to register solely for the purpose of inflating CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) payments. The affiliate further commits to abstaining from direct marketing practices, such as sending unsolicited SMS or email communications (spamming), and shall not indulge in brand bidding, which involves the use of brand-specific keywords for promotional purposes.

Any attempt to manipulate earnings, deceive the network, or engage in deceptive marketing practices is strictly prohibited. The affiliate undertakes to uphold the integrity of the network and its programs by conducting business with honesty, transparency, and ethical conduct.

In the event of fraudulent marketing activities, the network reserves the right to request reimbursement from the affiliate for any paid amounts associated with such activities. The affiliate acknowledges and agrees that engaging in fraudulent marketing not only violates these terms but the terms of advertisers. Reimbursement may include any earnings obtained through fraudulent means, as well as any additional costs incurred by the network as a result of such actions.

By participating in the network’s programs, the affiliate expressly consents to reimburse the network for any losses or damages suffered due to fraudulent marketing practices of the Affiliate.

 

  1. Termination

The affiliate has the option to close their account at any time; however, in the event of account closure, no further payments will be issued. Additionally, if an account remains inactive for a period of six months, the network reserves the right to close the account at its own discretion. In such a scenario, the payment of accrued revenue share will also be halted, and the affiliate will forfeit any entitlement to future payments.

Furthermore, the network maintains the right to terminate the agreement with the affiliate and close their account if there is a potential breach of these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions outlined by the advertisers (operators) or solely by discretion of the network and extraordinary decisions taken by its management. Such actions will be taken in accordance with the network’s policies to maintain the integrity of its programs and partnerships.

 

  1. Liability

AMP cannot be held liable for any actions of the affiliate, and the affiliate is solely responsible for its marketing activities. AMP shall not be held responsible if AMP is unable to identify a new depositor or user from the affiliate site.

The total liability of AMP in this Agreement shall never exceed the amount of commissions paid by AMP within the six-month period from the date when the incident occurred or when compensation was due.

AMP explicitly states that promoting betting and games offered on the affiliate platform or facilitating betting and gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in certain countries and may even be prohibited.

  1. Governing Law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. The parties agree that the jurisdiction for any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be in Malta.
